Joleen Pearson - Front Office & Registered Dental Assistant
Joleen Pearson has been working in the dental profession since 1980. In her early years as a dental assistant, Joleen worked for a dentist in Redding, CA who taught her a great deal. Joleen was able to adapt and learn the dental techniques that he taught her very quickly. At the young age of 16, Joleen realized that dental assisting was a career she would enjoy. She went on to get her license as a registered dental assistant in 1981. Very quickly, Joleen had proven herself vital to the operations of the dental office. She was managing the office and working in both the front office, as well in the back with the doctor. Throughout the years, Joleen has had the privilege of working with many great dentists, from whom she learned many important skills. She assisted in full mouth reconstructions, as well as studied TMD therapies, orthodontics, and the latest bonding techniques for conservative dentistry.
Joleen has been with this dental office for 17 years. She worked for the previous dentist, Dr. James Aubrey, for 11 years and stayed with the practice when it was sold to Dr. Krystle Fenton in 2010. She continues to be a vital team member in the office, managing the front office as well as continuing to assist the doctors. Joleen is dedicated to helping patients understand their treatment as well as assisting them in navigating their insurance benefits.
Joleen enjoys houseboating on Shasta Lake, riding Harley's on the weekend, traveling, reading, hand carving emu eggs (or any type of egg), spending time with family, and playing with her dog Kami, a mini Aussie Doodle.
